I am not from your area and came in on business to the New Holland plant around the corner. I lost my power steering and was able to get the car to your facility. Your service team, specifically the green team, was tremendous. George Ploumis and Mark Steffy did an outstanding job for me under stressful conditions. They arranged for the Enterprise team to have the same model Lincoln available for me the same day and got the repair job done in two days. All in all it could have een a lot worse, but I think someone in management should know that the guys in the trenches did a good job well. Thank you.
